Warden is a Discord bot available at wardenbot.pages.dev. This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected through your use of the Bot. When we say "we," "us," or "Warden," we refer to the Bot and its developers.

Warden collects only the data necessary to provide its features. Here is a summary of what is stored:

• Deliver the Bot's core features (moderation, welcome system, AutoMod)
• Maintain audit logs accessible to server administrators
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain uptime

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for any commercial purpose.

5. Data Retention

Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot remains in your server. When you remove Warden from your server, you may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us. Moderation log entries are retained for up to 90 days by default unless otherwise configured.

6. Third-Party Services

Warden operates via Discord's API and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not integrate with any other third-party data services or analytics providers.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Warden does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us via the support server or at wardenbot.pages.dev.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
