Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2025By adding Warden to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Warden ("the Bot"), a Discord bot operated at wardenbot.pages.dev. By inviting the Bot to your server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your server members.
2. Description of Service
Warden is a Discord bot that provides server management features including but not limited to:
- Moderation tools (ban, kick, timeout, message purging)
- Integration with Discord's native AutoMod system
- Welcome messages and auto-role assignment
- Utility commands for server information and entertainment
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. You must also comply with all applicable local laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Warden to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Spread misinformation, spam, or unsolicited content
- Conduct or facilitate any illegal activity
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Bot
- Circumvent moderation or safety features
5. Server Administrators
Server administrators who invite the Bot to their server are responsible for how it is used within their community. You are responsible for ensuring that your server's use of Warden complies with these Terms, Discord's policies, and applicable laws.
6. Service Availability
Warden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warden and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruptions, or moderation errors.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Warden for any server or user that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may remove the Bot from your server at any time by kicking it through Discord's server settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
